What is the challenge?
As a Sales Specialist, you are a driving force in growing Momoyoga's position in the global yoga community. You reach out and create relationships with leads, customers, partners, and basically, anyone within the yoga community. We believe that growth is in the roots of the yoga community.
- You manage email campaigns from A to Z, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with potential customers.
- You engage with prospects over the phone and video calls.
- You visit our customers (yoga studios) in person.
- You visit and work at yoga festivals and conferences that we attend.
- You have an extensive knowledge of our platform and know our product inside and out.
- You have or grow an extensive knowledge of the yoga community and our customers, understanding and identifying their needs.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring our CRM is always full of prospects and leads.
- You build long-term relationships with prospects and qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- You proactively follow up with prospects and churned users to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- You handle sales data and administrative tasks by using our sales CRM, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
- You conduct live sales demos, either one-on-one or in group settings, to provide an in-depth look into Momoyoga’s features and benefits.
Momoyoga has a leading position in the Benelux and France. There is a lot of growth potential in Germany and German speaking countries. We aim to become the market leader in Europe and the default studio software for yoga professionals worldwide.
Who do I work together with?
- Be part of a close-knit and international team (+/-20 people)
- You will be part of the Sales team, working closely with one other Sales Specialist.
- You will be a part of our Growth team, working closely with one of the Co-founders, the Growth Marketer, and collaborating with our Customer Success team.
- As Momoyoga is still relatively small, you’ll basically work with everyone from time to time. Many weekly and monthly events are all-team gatherings; you will learn from everyone in the company.

What skills do I need?
We are looking for a candidate who naturally loves to connect with people. Someone with about 3 years of experience in frontline sales.
- Someone who has knowledge of the yoga market. You understand the challenges yoga teachers face and speak their language.
- Someone with experience in SaaS. You know the ins and outs of subscription-based software and how to sell it effectively.
- Someone who is fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
- Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You craft compelling messages and articulate ideas clearly.
- Someone who is a hard worker. You’re not afraid of the tedious tasks that sales requires, from data crunching to cold-calling and proactive follow-ups.
- Someone who is a great listener. You don’t just hear; you actively listen, ensuring you truly understand the needs of every potential custome
- Someone who is intelligent and charismatic. You quickly grasp concepts, think critically, and have a magnetic personality that draws people in and makes them want to work with you.
- Someone who is passionate. You believe in our mission and bring enthusiasm to every conversation.

Is this role only full-time? Can I work remotely?
The role has flexible hours to fill, between 24 and 40 hours.
It can be based on-site in Tilburg (the Netherlands) and from home. Because we're a relatively small team, working all in one place from time to time helps us go faster and solve complex problems together. Starting projects together or celebrating milestones. This means we’d like you to be able to come to the office regularly. At least once per week, and when the occasion calls for it. We feel this is part of our company culture and increases the joy of working on Momoyoga together. For this reason, we’re primarily looking for someone who lives within a radius of a maximum of 100km from Tilburg.
