Description

Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a guided practice that systematically leads you into complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This gentle practice soothes the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic response—the body’s “rest and digest” mode—offering deep relaxation and renewal that is especially valuable in today’s fast-paced world.

Simply lie down, listen, and allow yourself to unwind completely.

What You’ll Need:

• Earphones for a fully immersive experience.
• A quiet, comfortable space to lie down—your bed or a yoga mat works perfectly.
• Optional: Blanket and pillows for added warmth and support.

This class is donation-based, allowing you to contribute as much as feels right for you. It's my way of making relaxation and self-care accessible to everyone, regardless of financial situation.

Duration: Each session lasts between 30-45 minutes.

Settle in, close your eyes, and let this experience guide you toward inner stillness and deep rest.
