Calling all Tweens and Teens (ages 8-15) who are excited to have fun while exploring Yoga and Movement! In this engaging class, we will journal, maybe make bubbles, discover more about emotions and executive functions, enhance focus, and enjoy learning a variety of fun and accessible Yoga poses together. Join us for some Yoga fun!!!

Want to try Yoga but feel a bit nervous about attending a studio in person? Or perhaps you are searching for a gentle yoga class in the evening? Our sessions will guide you through seated, standing, and reclined poses, thoughtfully adjusted to suit everyone’s individual needs. The class also incorporates calming breathing exercises along with mindfulness practices. Each session concludes with a soothing, relaxing rest period, allowing you to unwind either lying down or seated comfortably.

Let's take time to practice a gentle Yoga flow in the Park, surrounded by beautiful trees. This will help us feel grounded, refreshed, and energized throughout the day. We will combine both strengthening and stretching exercises to promote a sense of well-being and joy. In case of rain, we will meet in my living room!
