Description

What if I told you that yoga is NOT about fancy poses? That yoga is actually about how you live your life, how you connect and how you respond to life off the mat. True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Join us in the new year to learn about living well as we explore together the One Degree Revolution book. In this workshop you’ll learn an innovative, accessible and easily implemented holistic program for self inquiry. This inclusive group workshop will explore the philosophy of yoga for personal transformation and growth through living yoga not just doing yoga. Discover and celebrate your authentic self, exploring meaning and purpose, trusting the unfolding life you are living and foster transformational personal change as you move into the new year with increased insight and vitality.

We’ll share pot luck brunch style, explore the book together (with guidance), interact and create meaningful discussion and deepen understanding of self and the yoga practice, while building a supportive community and boosting health~physically, mentally and emotionally.
