Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma. Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind. Whichever supportive position you choose, perhaps place a pillow or prop under the head and knees to assist the mind and back relaxing and have a warm blanket available.

60min class All levels *Note* Yoga Nidra has shown to help chronic pain, stress, anxiety and sleep issues. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra practice is as restful as 4 hours of conventional sleep!
****Zoom participants will have access to the class recording for 7 days ~utilize the practice as many times as you like during the week!!
