Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma.
Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind.

Join our Book Discussion and Self Discovery Group as we explore The Secret Power of Yoga by Nischala Joy Devi.
Yoga is best known for its power to create a healthy body, but the emotional and spiritual benefits of the practice are even greater. Delve into this beautiful interpretation of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the principals at the basis of yoga practice. A roadmap to experiencing the totality of Yoga as the union of the body, mind and spirit, this exploration encourages curiosity about deepening your yoga practice beyond the physical with practices to embrace and support your growth throughout your daily life.
We’ll share pot luck brunch style, explore the book together (with guidance), interact and create meaningful discussion as we journey through our relationships with thoughts and emotions and how to free ourselves from habitual patterns that limit conscious living, while building a supportive community and boosting health~physically, mentally and emotionally.
