Renee’s journey with yoga began when she sought a gentle and holistic approach to complement her active lifestyle as a competitive endurance athlete and long distance runner and quickly discovered the transformative nature of yoga. For Renee, yoga isn’t about another form of exercise, but rather a deep practice of self connection that has brought healing and growth to her everyday life. She is a passionate advocate for trauma informed practices and her inclusive classes are well loved for their physical and mental inquiry, cultivation of curiosity, courage, strength and sense of humor with inspiring playlists.

An intuitive and compassionate exploration of the body mind and spirit that will aid in bringing synchronicity and balance to your days. Expect slow and gentle sequences, and dynamic somatic movement, emphasizing the development of body awareness, reduction of stress, and cultivating emotional regulation to strengthen the connection between body, mind and spirit.
