Renee’s journey with yoga began when she sought a gentle and holistic approach to complement her active lifestyle as a competitive endurance athlete and long distance runner and quickly discovered the transformative nature of yoga. For Renee, yoga isn’t about another form of exercise, but rather a deep practice of self connection that has brought healing and growth to her everyday life.
She is a passionate advocate for trauma informed practices and her inclusive classes are well loved for their physical and mental inquiry, cultivation of curiosity, courage, strength and sense of humor with inspiring playlists.

Kickstart your day with renewed vitality and mindfulness in this dynamic Vinyasa yoga class. With the focus on awakening your mind and body, expect to begin slowly and gently and gradually build toward steady and energetic sequences. A few yin/restorative postures and a long savasana will complete the practice. It’s empowering to start your morning on a positive note!
