Sarah initially turned to yoga to complement her long-distance running regimen. What she didn't anticipate was that the moving meditation of the physical practice would rapidly transform into a genuine passion and a spiritual journey. Through her personal practice, she has learned to find peace in stillness and is now dedicated to sharing these invaluable benefits. Sarah leads all-level Hatha and Vinyasa style classes and strives to demonstrate how the physical practice extends beyond the mat into everyday life. Yoga has taught her to navigate difficult roads with a greater sense of mental calmness and ease, a lesson she eagerly wishes to impart to her students.
