Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma.
Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind.

Join us for the transformative Women’s Mindfulness Living (6 week) series ~ Wintering, following the ebb and flow of nature in a cumulative journey that’s grounding, restful and reminds you to give yourself permission to pause.
This special series offers the invitation to pay close attention to your body, mind, and heart as you turn inward and release deeply held tension, nurture self-compassion, and access your inner wisdom. Through a harmonious blend of mindful slow flow and restorative yoga, guided yoga nidra meditation, self-reflective journaling prompts, and beyond the mat awareness practices (you will receive our weekly guided meditation practice to practice from your home) , this series will help you uncover, restore and nurture your best self.
*This series is intentionally created for WOMEN ONLY. We are excited to co-create this space with you. Consider bringing your journal for practice reflections. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in. To maintain the integrity of the class, we close the doors promptly at the starting time~no late arrivals permitted.
