Kim Ket
Kim’s yoga journey began as a search for healing during one of the most difficult times of her life. Originally from a small village in Cambodia, she was raised by her grandparents until moving to the United States in 2006 to reunite with her parents. Just two years later, she was faced with the devastating loss of her grandparents, a tragedy that led her to struggle deeply with grief and depression. In the midst of this hardship, Kim discovered meditation and yoga as powerful tools for healing and self-discovery. What started as a way to cope soon blossomed into a lifelong passion for mindful movement, breath, and connection. Over time, her practice has evolved to embrace the deeper spiritual and emotional aspects of yoga, as well as its physical benefits. Kim’s classes emphasize more than just the physical postures—they offer space for healing, reflection, and empowerment. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students can explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Off the mat, Kim loves diving deeper into meditation and Ayurveda, and cherishes time with family and community.
