Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma.
Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind.

Join us for our seasonal holiday respite — a quiet evening to rest, breathe deeply, and return to presence. It’s your invitation to embrace and align with the still, luminous heart of winter.
As the studio glows with candlelight and the soft shimmer of winter’s magic, you’ll be guided through gentle somatic movement to release tension and invite ease throughout the body. These simple, intuitive movements help you unwind layers of holding tension and prepare for deeper rest.
You’ll then be invited to create a cozy nest, a cocoon of warmth and support, and settle into Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation where the body can rest deeply as the mind stays quietly aware. Rooted in the rhythm of the season, this guided rest offers space to ease physical, mental, and emotional tension, allowing you to settle into the quiet beneath it all.
Each session utilizes imagery drawing inspiration from the natural world surrounding the White Mountains and the quiet lore of winter ~ themes of rest, reflection, and renewal woven into the meditation. Surrounded by the flicker of candles, twinkle of lights, and the gentle warmth of the fireplace, you’ll be held in an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and timeless.
