Description
A candlelit practice to support your body, mind, and nervous system through gentle movement, intentional stillness, warmth, and deep rest.
This class begins with connected, flowing movement to gently awaken the body and breath. We then settle into yin-inspired shapes—long-held postures designed to release tension, unwind fatigue, and open space within. The final portion of class offers a full Yoga Nidra meditation, guiding you into an effortless state of conscious rest known to regulate the nervous system and support emotional well-being.
Sheepskin rugs, bolsters, heated eye pillows, and weighted blankets are thoughtfully offered throughout—each element curated to help the body feel held, safe, and supported in letting go.
Together, mindful movement blended with intentional stillness and yoga nidra create a quiet synergy: grounding the body while softening the mind. This is a weekly ritual to restore connection and return to yourself.
