Description
Are you ready to create sacred time to simply rest and restore? Each month, we gather in a small, intimate circle for Sound Sleep—an immersive sound bath meditation thoughtfully woven with gentle threads of Yoga Nidra. Together, these practices invite you to soften, release held tension, and meet the quiet call of deep rest that your body and nervous system may be craving.
Step into our warmly lit studio sanctuary along the Ammonoosuc River, where the gentle glow of the fireplace and flickering candlelight mingle with the river’s serene murmur flowing just beyond the windows. You’ll have time to settle in and build your own cozy nest ~ plush blankets, bolsters, sheepskin rugs, weighted blankets, warmed eye pillows ~ whatever feels most nurturing tonight. Everything is optional; you choose only what supports you.
Simply lie back (or sit if you prefer) and get comfy as subtle vibrations from Crystal and Himalayan bowls and gentle chimes wash over you like a tender embrace, blending harmoniously with the river’s rhythm. These subtle, never-overwhelming sounds create a soothing landscape that effortlessly invites tension to melt away. Woven softly throughout are invitational whispers of Yoga Nidra ~ gentle guidance into body awareness, breath, and inner imagery—like moonlight slipping quietly across still water, supporting you deeper into effortless calm. Rooted in trauma-informed care, every moment honors your autonomy: adjust, pause, drift, or simply receive the sounds—whatever feels most nurturing for you.
This monthly ritual is your gentle permission to pause and rest deeply in a world that rarely slows.
Spaces are intimate and limited; reserve your spot and gift yourself this serene escape.
** Please wear warm layers and warm cozy socks~as the nervous system relaxes the body temperature drops and you may become cool.
