Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma.
Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind.

NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice designed to bring your nervous system into a profound state of relaxation while keeping you awake and gently aware.
Lying comfortably supported by blankets, bolsters, and props, you’ll be softly guided through a series of intentional awareness practices that help release tension, quiet mental chatter, and restore your energy from the inside out. There is no movement and no effort required — only presence and surrender.
Some participants remain fully awake, while others drift between states of deep rest and light sleep. Every experience is perfect. There is nothing to achieve, only an invitation to receive.
Rooted in the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra and informed by modern neuroscience and evidence-based relaxation techniques, this class offers a structured yet spacious container to reset your mind and body.
