Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma. Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind. Certifications include: iRest Yoga Nidra, Warriors At Ease Level 2, Veterans Yoga Project, 300 hour Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga ~TCTSY, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga for Sexual Assault, Medical Neuroscience

Celebrate the celestial arrival of fall in the north country and join DustOff Yoga for a trek through majestic pines, marsh and wetlands to a spectacular view of the Presidential and Kilkenny Range and Cherry Mountain over Cherry Pond. Come cultivate more balance and celebrate! Fall Equinox allows for letting go, personal transformation and creating positive intentions for the new Fall season, through guided meditations, yoga and inner reflection, opening yourself up to new possibilities!
What to bring: Pack your lunch and water, extra layers, sunscreen and bug spray.
Clothing: Hiking boots or supportive trail shoes. Comfortable clothing-no cotton recommended. You may want a hat or rain gear.

Difficulty: This hike is rated easy and is accessible for those with mobility limitations. The trail is smooth with semi groomed gravel and grass. Hike is approximately 3.8 miles and time with yoga practice and lunch break will be approximately 3 hours.
