Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma.
Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind.

Join us as we come together as a community for the 1st Annual Gold Star Mother’s Day Event to publicly express love, sorrow and reverence for Gold Star Mother’s and families who have lost a loved one while serving in the United States Armed Forces this evening at the studio sanctuary for meditation and lighting memorial luminaries. Luminaries will be available at the studio throughout the month of September if you prefer to pick one up to light and display at your home or business. Will you help keep their memories alive?
