Renee’s journey with yoga began when she sought a gentle and holistic approach to complement her active lifestyle as a competitive endurance athlete and long distance runner and quickly discovered the transformative nature of yoga. For Renee, yoga isn’t about another form of exercise, but rather a deep practice of self connection that has brought healing and growth to her everyday life.
She is a passionate advocate for trauma informed practices and her inclusive classes are well loved for their physical and mental inquiry, cultivation of curiosity, courage, strength and sense of humor with inspiring playlists.

Our vinyasa style classes are for everyBODY whether you have a current active practice or have never taken a yoga class before♥️throughout the practice you will be offered multiple variations of poses and encouraged to explore the movements at your own pace.
EMPOWERED (Vinyasa Yoga): Find your edge and build physical and mental strength in your body to feel strong and energized. Expect to get your heart pumping and link your breath with playful, flowing Vinyasa style sequences, powerful standing postures and core strengthening movement, followed by soothing restorative poses to cool down and ease into a deeper mind~body connection. **Space is created for introspection, while building a functional understanding of the connection between physical body and emotional well-being. The class will offer different options for poses, and is designed to be accessible to every body, wherever you are on your journey.

Walk the line between action and calm, effort and ease with intentional and mindful movements incorporating neurological and vestibular challenges in this unique and uplifting class to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. Expect slow, gentle, floor-based practice, emphasizing range of motion and functional movement focused on the muscles and tissues of the lower body, incorporating myofacial therapeutics, therapy balls, and acupressure mats to aid tension release, followed by progressive muscle relaxation allowing the body and mind to move into a more restful and expansive state.

This FREE Salute to Service~Warriors at Ease class for our active duty military, veterans and first responders will be offered monthly on the first Sunday of the month.
Sometimes the toughest battles are the ones no one else can see. Salute to Service was created to provide veterans and first responders with practical tools & training to manage stress, increase resilience and promote post-traumatic growth. These evidence based practices and trauma informed protocols are highly effective in managing pain and improving systems of depression, anxiety and insomnia. Expect gentle mindful movements with emphasis on relief of chronic tension of upper body, low back and hips, tactical breathing to assist with nervous system regulation and iRest meditation.
**Classes are beginner-friendly and made to be safe & accessible especially to those who are “inflexible”, those who have a traumatic brain-injury, or prosthesis/limited mobility.
*Exclusive to veterans, service members, first responders and their families/caretakers so you are being supported in a community of your own.
* Instructors are also military veterans and/or first responders who understand the unique scope of need of the military and first responder community.
