Yoga for Women near Canary Wharf.
My name is Sharon Osu and I'm a Master Yoga Teacher CYT500 accredited by YAI. I'm also an accredited Baby Massage Instructor YBMI
I set up E14YogaCoach to offer yoga, community and support to local mums in E14.
To provide what I didn't have when I was pregnant and a new mum.
To provide normal women with the opportunity to try yoga without the pressure of having to do everything perfectly or wear a matching outfit or be able to understand Sanskrit.
All women are welcome in my classes.
If you have movement issues, are coming out of chronic pain and have been told you are allowed to move and don't know where to start, my 1 to 1 sessions may suit you.
If you have a fancy gym membership where the yoga looks too advanced a you need some support. Im here to help.
If you are pregnant our just had a baby; I have classes for you.
Group classes are offered at Dockland Settlement Center, E14 3NS (Island Gardens DLR), and as part of Her Sanctuary Wellness Afternoons.
1 to 1 classes are offered in the comfort of your home for clients based in Canary Wharf and Isle of Dogs
