Join earth&purpose for a special Spring Solstice sound healing class.
This is a special time of the year to celebrate all the goodness in you life, to reflect on the last year and how far you have come, to be grateful of the journey and all it has taught you. Now allow yourself to tap into this new abundant Spring energy that is in the air.
This class is good for relaxation, relaxing, releasing stress and healing the body. We will explore breath work, simple stretching and bathe in alchemy sound meditation for 60 minutes.
1 hour is equivalent to 4 hours sleep.
Please bring the following;
1x yoga mat
1x blanket
