Description
A longer class intentionally, so you are able to drop into the magic of stillness by candlelight. With this class you can expect a number or yin posture which invites our bodies to relax while holding postures up to 5 minutes. This allows us to move into deep meditation, which helps us to relax into the parasympathetic nervous system to balance our mind, body and soul
