My path to yoga began through conscious movement as a tool for living with fullness and sustainability.
In my *Functional Vinyasa* classes, the focus is on simple, functional, and accessible practices designed to support everyday life. I prioritize mindful mobility, sustainable strength, and intentional breathing as the pillars of each experience.
I believe in building a body that supports you, not one that limits you. In understanding how and why you move, so the practice doesn’t stay on the mat but translates into how you walk, work, and respond each day.
Description
Functional Vinyasa is a breath-guided flowing practice that prioritizes how the body moves rather than how a posture looks. In this class, movement and breath are connected through intentional transitions and sequences designed to build strength and improve mobility.
Each practice offers options that respect individual structure and experience. It is a dynamic yet mindful class that promotes stability, coordination, and nervous system regulation.
