Hi! I’m Sashely Feliciano Santiago, a sagittarius born and raised in Aguada, Puerto Rico. I’ve been practicing yoga on and off since 2015 and got my 200hr certification in alignment-based Hatha Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga with Inner Wellness Studio in 2021. My style of teaching is gentle and supportive, always reminding you that props are your friend! Yoga has positively impacted my life in so many ways, I’m honored to share this practice with community and hold space for others to explore their own journeys. Other things to know about me? When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m designing as an architect in training, spending time in nature, traveling and admiring or making art. Hope to see you on the mat soon 💚🙏🏼

Description

This gentle style of yoga aims to reach a state of deep relaxation and rest while using props for support to hold poses for a long period of time, allowing release without physical effort and preparing the body and mind for pranayama or meditation. Restorative yoga can reduce anxiety and stress, help with pain management, emotional release, better sleep quality and overall relaxation.
