Shawn is an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, PADI Divemaster, and CPR/AED-certified instructor with years of experience teaching in and around the water. Her classes are welcoming, upbeat, and designed to provide a great workout while allowing participants to work at their own comfort and fitness level.

Description

A fun, energizing full-body workout in the pool combining cardio, strength, resistance, balance, and mobility exercises. The water provides natural resistance while keeping the workout low-impact and easy on the joints.
