She is a devoted student and teacher of Yoga with 30+ years of practice and thousands of hours of teaching and training, rooted in Iyengar, Anusara & Kripalu Yoga as well as extensive training in Movement Therapy, anatomy & kinesiology, Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga.
Description
A yoga class designed to balance strength and flexibility with attention to breath and alignment. Especially helpful for those of us with tight muscles to increase range of motion.
