Description

'Hatha' translates to 'sun" (ha) and 'moon' (tha) and is designed to increase your power, or life force, and bring an equilibrium to the body and mind by combining breathing techniques with physical postures, practiced at a slower pace and with more static posture holds. This class is a wonderful introduction to yoga and can also be enjoyed as a way to deepen one's intermediate practice, with heavy emphasis on proper alignment.
