Major Life Update: I’ve enrolled in Beauty School here in Breda to become a licensed beautician (schoonheidspecialist) so that I can offer holistic facials, with a focus on natural anti-aging techniques, such as face yoga, gua sha, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology. I look forward to expanding my love for anatomy and movement to the face and connecting with women on a whole new level!
All yoga and movement offerings are given in English and available online or in-person: private lessons, group or corporate sessions, and workshops.
