A deeply relaxing class, providing the magic combination of Yin and Restorative yoga in this 90 minute class. An opportunity to escape the annual chaos around us, in a candlelit room without interruptions. Yin is a static form of yoga in which poses are held to allow the body to deeply stretch. Restorative poses are held to allow the body to loose tension. Combined, the practice is calming and allows the mind to de-stress. All professional props are provided and a warming cup of herbal tea or hot chocolate will be offered on completion. Free on-site parking.
