A nourishing and relaxing day in the glorious Autumnal Forest of Dean. A flowing practice, followed by Yin with Ellie in the morning. After a plant based lunch, we will take a stroll and take in the beautiful sights of the autumnal forest, with a mindful walk around a lake. We will then return to immerse ourselves and unwind in a healing sound bath of gongs, singing bowl sand other instruments with a guest teacher. You will then deepen your relaxation with a wonderful Restorative yoga practice to end the day. We have the privacy of the Pavilion for the whole day, set in the garden of the Speech House Hotel, in the heart of the Forest of Dean. There is free on-site parking for the day.
