Two days of Yoga bliss in the gloriously picturesque setting of the Forest of Dean. A mix of Yoga Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga. There will be mindful walks in the forest, meditation and a Sound Bath. We will group for lunch, evening meal (Saturday) and breakfast (Sunday). One night accommodation at the Speech House Hotel in a four poster room, double or twin. Rooms can be single occupancy or shared by two adults. Select single or double occupancy rate (prices are per person). Prices include room for one night, all meals (breakfast, dinner and two lunches) and yoga for two days. The daytime yoga retreat is held in the privacy of the Pavilion on the hotel grounds, with accommodation in the main hotel and courtyard. Free Parking.
