Presented by Gloucestershire Yoga For All, Ellie Stafford and Annet Richards-Binns. This is a practical workshop in 3 parts, focusing on yoga for the morning, afternoon and evening. Meditation, breath work and mantras are incorporated in to the practice to support the mind during the long days of lockdown. You will be left with a handy takeaway practice to support you throughout the day and which you can continue as we ease out of lockdown.
