Originally from New York, I moved to the Valley of the sun in 1983. I grew up in Arcadia and have raised my children, now 19 & 21 in NE Phoenix. I recently moved to a small town in Northern AZ, Rimrock, AZ. It’s storybook living and I absolutely love it! I been practicing yoga for 30 plus years and it’s has saved my life in more ways then one. I became a teacher 4 years go, with the desire to share with others , balance, the act of being present and self care. I look forward to connecting with you and learning how we can support each other and grow together.
