Trapeze yoga is amazing and feasible for anyone to participate. The trapeze, which is like a small hammock with handles, is so versatile enabling students to do easy stretches, relaxing poses or exercises to build strength in any and all parts of the body. All abilities welcome. Each person is taught with modifications enabling participation for all abilities or limitations.
