Rejuvenate your mind, body and soul with the healing frequencies of Reiki, along with singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs. Come and go as your schedule allows. This event is FREE to the public, but love offerings are graciously accepted.
To ensure the best experience for all, silence is required. Please observe the following:
No children under 12 allowed (except with prior permission, and if they are able to stay quiet.)
Please silence your phone BEFORE entering the studio.
Please remove your shoes.
Please do not talk with or interact with other participants.
Hanging cocoon swings are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Yoga pillows and chairs are also provided.
Please do not bring food into the yoga studio. Covered drinks are okay.
