Yoga for all abilities, levels and limitations. Yoga that is taught with you and not at you. We modify as needed and teach the class personalized to those in attendance so everyone can participate. We use blocks, straps, bands etc all based upon what the group requests. Optional to use weights from 1 to 8 pds.

Come hang out with your neighbors and play games. Many to choose from such as a Mexican train, cards, Fluxx, Sorry and much more. Plus there's a group that will be playing Dungeons & Dragons every week. Donations appreciated but never required.

In aerial/trapeze yoga, we have merged the practice of yoga with the hammock/sling or a trapeze/aerial silk, giving it support and emphasizing the posture. Aerial yoga is a more passive technique than aerial/trapeze yoga, where it will take you to a much deeper stretch. Joints and spine receive completely new freedom of movement. The cross-links (hardening in the fascia tissue) dissolve and allow the fascia to increase hydration. This newly stimulated flow of energy releases even deep tensions and energy blocks in the muscles and connective tissue. The internal organs are gently massaged. The nervous system slides into deep, restorative relaxation.
