It gives me great pleasure to offer a face-to-face Workshop in Abergavenny. 11.00-1.00pm will be focused on asana practice (subject to what those who sign up are looking for). We'll break for a bring your own lunch. 2.00-3.00pm will be a restorative practice to include Shoulderstand/Sarvangasana and variations. 3.00-3.30pm stay for tea and cake if you can.
Please bring all of your own props, as well as a light lunch for yourself.
