As you know I am passionate about how we look after ourselves as women as we get older. We all know that resistance and weight training is really good for us, but going to the gym and/or knowing where to start safely can be daunting. This class is meant as an introduction to using weights for anyone who's not done this before and wants to start to do so at home or in a gym environment. And of course, this kind of exercise complements yoga so well.
