About Energy 108 YOGA

My name is Lindsay Broders and I am the teacher/owner of Energy 108 YOGA. I believe that you deserve to feel good in your mind and body, regardless of your internal or external circumstances that make you think otherwise. My teaching style that I’ve developed in the last 10 years has helped people find the power and capability that lies within to live a life that is more resilient to stress.

I truly enjoy owning a studio that holds a safe space for people to work through their physical and mental tension. All classes are considered beginner friendly since ways to modify/intensify are provided, leaving everyone to practice at their own pace. Restorative Yoga is best for those beginners that just want to dip their toes into Yoga.

Bringing your own mat is not required but encouraged.
