Description
A grounded, unhurried yoga class designed for all bodies and all levels. We begin on the mat, rise slowly through standing poses, and return to the floor to close — no Chaturangas, no performance. Hatha-inspired sequencing pairs breath with movement for a full-body stretch that relieves tension and restores range of motion. Clear, detailed cueing means you can close your eyes and move with confidence. Modifications are always offered so you can adjust up or down based on how you feel that day.
