General terms of Essence Of My Heart
For all classes, you can book or cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior your class it is your responsibility to do so via the app. If you cancel less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time for the class, you will be charged for the class at full rate. Pre-paid classes and gift vouchers are non refundable and will expire in 4 months.
1 on 1
Cancellation Policy:
- 24hrs+ notice for cancellation is required to avoid penalties.
- 12h-24hrs notice: 50% of the class cost will be charged.
- Less than 12 hrs notice: full class cost will be charged.
No credits or refunds, it is up to you to make cancelations within the time frame givin. We ask you to please arrive 5 minutes before the commencement of classes, so we can check you in and have you settle, in your space.
Please inform us of injuries, special needs or requirements before class.
Studio opens 10 minutes before classes, once class starts classes are not to be interrupted if you are late its not fair on other students.
We ask for shoes to be removed before entering the studio space.
Passes can not be shared, 1 pass per person, 1 account profile per person.
All class Passes, are valid in limited time givin extensions $10 for each week that it is extended for.
In CONSIDERATION of ESSENCE OF MY HEART PILATES Barre & YOGA STUDIO (‘the recreational Activity provider”) agreeing to provide me with instruction in the practice of yoga and/or Pilates (and to extent that the same is not precluded by statute) I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY the recreational activity provider as follows:
1. I participate in the activity at my own risk and responsibility.
2. I release, indemnify and hold harmless the recreational activity provider, its servants and agents from against all actions or claims that might otherwise be made by me or on my behalf by other parties in respect of or occurring from any injury, loss, damage or death negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever or any liability that results from the breach of an express or implied warranty that the recreational services or activity will be rendered with reasonable care or skill.
3. In event that I am injured or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against the Recreational Activity Provider in respect of injury or damage.
