Meditation is a great place to begin if you are new to mediation or looking to refine and develop your skills. Mediation is a skill an any age and any stage of life. Over the 50 days of the course, you will explore the breath, the mind, the body and your emotional state. Each week you will be presented with a new style of mediation and you will come away knowing which meditations work best for you.
