Description
Offering young yogis the tools they need to support their well being. Along with yoga we weave in mindfulness and relaxation techniques and provide tweens with strategies to help them deal with those big emotions.
Develops body awareness and improves flexibility, strength and balance.
Introduces strategies to help manage stress, anxiety and self-regulation through breathing exercises, mindful awareness, visualisation meditation and healthy movement.
Teaches kids how to use their bodies in a healthy, safe way. Builds concentration and resilience. Increases confidence and a positive self-image. Teaches relaxation to help with sleep.
