A unique 90ish minute class - all proceeds go to the Leukaemia Foundation.
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice.
This beautifully blended class combines both the Yin and Yang aspects of a yoga practice. Unwind, soften and slow down in longer held seated poses (Yin) for the first half of the class, energise and strengthen with a Mellow Vinyasa flow (Yang) for the second half of the class.This mix is relaxing and deeply rejuvenating. This class may run a little over 90 minutes, ending with meditation.
