Description
Gentle yoga and stretching, followed by a guided meditation meant to help guide you to a productive and successful week ahead. Overcome insecurities, feel motivated, and become clearly grounded with who you are and the leader you are meant to be! Find a place to do this at home with any props you need to feel comfortable. Can be performed seated or laying down.
Recommended setting and props:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space with enough room so you can stretch and lay down
- Soft, dim lighting or candles for a relaxing mood
- Yoga mat
- Yoga blocks and strap (if needed)
- Pillows or bolsters
- Cozy blanket, socks, and warm clothing
- Water or tea
- Journal in case you want to write anything down that comes up
