Jenn Gizerian
Jenn (200CYT) has been teaching Yoga for ten years this fall and has over 500 hours of in person teaching experience. Jenn started with a certification in ChildLight Children’s Yoga 2016, then achieved her 200hr certification in 2018. Jenn is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage and Matter of Balance, a fall prevention program for elders. While Jenn is trained and ready to teach many different modalities of yoga, she is in her happy place helping her students and friends relax. She truly believes rest is resistance, so her restorative classes and sound baths may turn into adult nap time — she encourages it! Now in her 40’s, Jenn truly understands the meaning of “move it or lose it” and strives to make Yoga accessible to all people and all bodies.
