Join our holistic approach to well-being as we address the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts this life stage brings.
"Embrace the Journey" offers gentle movement, mindful breathing, and restorative poses to create a calming practice. Each pose is chosen to help alleviate symptoms through restorative poses held for 5 - 7 minutes and breathwork to soothe and balance the body.
Every pose is offered with modifications, ensuring accessibility. This practice offers deeply restorative poses for gentle release and relaxation. There's no judgment, no competition, only a focus on honoring your body's unique needs and respecting your individual rhythm.
