Lisa teaches a mix of yoga styles, including Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Passionate about sports, hiking, and climbing, she is also an active member of the Evolve community. Lisa brings energy, dedication, and a love of movement to her classes.

Join us this Sunday from 10am–11am in Rosenau Park for an energising outdoor yoga class. Our all-levels practice blends elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kriya yoga to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and start your Sunday feeling grounded and refreshed.
After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.
🧘♀️ Please bring your own mat and arrive a few minutes early.
☁️ If the weather is bad, class will be cancelled and you’ll be notified via WhatsApp or email.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
