Embrace Yourself this Sunday morning from 10am–11am for a truly special experience: Hatha yoga with a warm flow for self-love, followed by a sound bath meditation with crystal bowls, led by Iulia. Move gently through all-levels yoga, breathe deeply, and let the enchanting vibrations of the crystal bowls help you release tension, restore balance, and start your Sunday feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.
After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.
🧘♀️ Please bring your own mat though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet.
👖 There is space available for changing
🕰️ We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
