Embrace Yourself this Sunday morning from 10am–11am for a truly special experience: Hatha yoga with a warm flow for self-love, led by Iulia.
After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.
🧘♀️ Please bring your own mat though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet.
👖 There is space available for changing
🕰️ We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
