Join us for a dynamic and transformative Kundalini Yoga class in English, where movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation come together to create a complete body, mind, and spirit experience. Suitable for all levels, each class begins with gentle warm-ups and breathing exercises to awaken the body and increase flexibility, followed by a Kundalini Kriya: a purposeful sequence of postures, movement, breath, and sound designed to restore balance and energy. We close with meditation and deep relaxation, often accompanied by mantra or sacred music, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply refreshed.

After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.

🕰️ We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
